Liv McMahon Confirms She’s the Real Nanny Behind ‘Million Dollar Nannies’ Our3Dads Family

Liv McMahon confirmed on Instagram that she is now the full-time nanny for the Our3Dads family from Million Dollar Nannies, while co-star Mitchell Bienvenue turned down the same opportunity and returned home to Ohio.

A Job Offer With Two Answers

“Million Dollar Nannies” spent its early episodes building up the competition between nannies Liv McMahon, Jack McCann, and Mitchell Bienvenue for a shot at working with Mark Ebinger, Tom Freeman, and Moke Coffey, the three dads raising twins Beau and Coy together in the public eye as @Our3Dads.

Mitchell won the job caring for Coy on camera, beating out McCann in a competition that closed out the show’s first episode. Liv landed the role with Beau around the same time. But what happened once the cameras stopped rolling in Ibiza turned out to be its own story, and one that fans have had to piece together themselves.

Mitchell Says No

During filming, the family offered Mitchell more work at their home in Los Angeles, and he genuinely considered the move because of how close he’d grown with Coy. In the end, though, he passed on the opportunity and headed back to Columbus, Ohio instead.

It’s the kind of quiet decision reality shows rarely follow up on once filming ends, and it left an open question about who, if anyone, ended up actually working for the family long-term.

Liv Says Yes, In Her Own Words

Liv answered that question herself. As shown above, in a caption posted to her own page, she confirmed she’s the one who took the job, writing that keeping it secret for as long as she did wasn’t easy. “One of the best things this show gave me wasn’t just the experience, it was these three fathers and their amazing kids,” she wrote. “Keeping this part of my life a secret for so long wasn’t easy, but now I can finally say it: I’m their nanny!”

She went on to reflect on the summer that led her there, thanking the family for the laughs and the memories and calling them her second family. It reads less like a reveal built for headlines and more like someone who’d been sitting on genuinely good news for months, waiting for the right moment to finally say it out loud.

Why This Detail Matters

Reality competition shows often end with a winner, but not necessarily a lasting relationship. In this case, the cameras stopped rolling, Mitchell chose a different path, and Liv became part of the Our3Dads family. That’s a rarer kind of reality TV ending, and one that actually lasted.

For a show built entirely around whether these placements actually work out once the wealth and the cameras are involved, that’s about as clean an answer as fans are going to get.

Million Dollar Nannies Season 1 is streaming now on Hulu.
