Drew Sidora Ordered to Move Out — and Ralph Pittman Just Got a Major Win

A judge just issued a significant ruling in the custody battle between “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Drew Sidora and ex-husband Ralph Pittman. According to TMZ, Ralph was temporarily awarded primary physical custody of their kids during the school year. Starting in August, Drew will have parenting time on alternating weekends. The couple will continue sharing joint legal custody.

The court also ordered Drew to vacate their Georgia home by May 31. Due to the “current circumstances of the parties,” both will continue splitting household expenses until the move-out date.

Ahead of Drew’s departure, Ralph, who has been staying in the basement, has now been granted limited access to the main living areas of the home, specifically to help get the children ready for school in the mornings.

The Background

Drew and Ralph’s divorce has been one of the most drawn-out in “RHOA” history. The pair filed in early 2023 and have been living in the same Georgia home under a nesting arrangement ever since — Ralph in the basement, Drew in the main living areas — while the case wound through the courts. Fans have watched the legal battle play out across multiple seasons of the show, including arguments over household bills, custody access, and Ralph’s requests for Drew’s removal from the property.

Ralph previously claimed Drew has not been contributing to the household bills. That dispute now appears to have factored into the court’s financial reasoning.

The ruling is not the final word. Drew’s rep issued a statement to TMZ: “This matter is still being actively litigated, and is in the middle of the final trial. The Second Temporary Order is, in fact, temporary, and does not reflect the final outcome of the case.”

The divorce has not been finalized. Whatever happens at trial could still shift the custody arrangement before a permanent order is entered.

“The Real Housewives of Atlanta” Season 17 airs Sundays at 8/7c on Bravo and streams on Peacock.
