Keisha “Kai” Ghost is a singer, actress, fitness personality, and content creator from Nashville, Tennessee, currently based in Los Angeles. She goes by @kaighost on Instagram with 96,800 followers and identifies herself simply as “Singer | Fitness | Actress | TV Personality @netflix @thecirclenetflix.”
Her name is a deliberate construction. Kai, she explained in a 2019 Instagram post, is the honey — someone who listens with her heart, is fueled by intrinsic values, and prioritizes others. Ghost is the spice — fiercely honest, self-assured, captivated by unpredictability, and the protector of Kai.
In practice: she walked into “The Circle” Season 3 warm enough to make everyone like her and sharp enough to use that goodwill as a weapon. She made it to the finale. She won Fan Favorite. She left with $10,000 and one of the most memorable runs of the season.
‘The Circle’ Season 3 — The CCCF Strategy
Kai entered Season 3 with a strategy she had already named: CCCF. Compliments, comedy, commonalities, and a sprinkle of fantasy on top. “I’ll be anything you want me to be,” she said in her intro, “so there is nobody or nothing that is going to stop me.”
It worked immediately. She became the sole influencer on day one — a position she used to eliminate sisters Ava Marie and Chanel Marie Capra, whom she read as having an unfair advantage by playing together. She was right. She came back and blocked Ava and Chanel again in the second round. Twice influencer, twice catfish hunter — in a season full of complicated personas, Kai played as herself and ran the room anyway.
The complication was Nick Uhlenhuth, who used the catfish conspiracies swirling around Kai to quietly go after her while maintaining a surface-level truce. The two were frenemies for the back half of the season — working together publicly, maneuvering around each other privately.
Despite expecting to be blocked at every turn in the season’s final stretch, the influencers kept eliminating her allies instead of her, keeping her in the game but out of power. She made the finale — and then finished fourth because her story was simply too compelling for a strategic cast to rank first.
James Andre Jefferson Jr. won the $100,000. Kai won the $10,000 Fan Favorite award. It was the same result as Sammie in Season 1 — the most beloved player doesn’t always win the game.
The Music Career
Kai has been making music since 2011. Her first single was “Anything You Want In Life, It’s On You,” followed by “Already Know,” “O.K.,” and “Cake” in August 2020.
After “The Circle,” she released “Voodoo Doll” in December 2021 and has continued building her catalogue since. Her Instagram highlights include a folder labeled “Muzak” and multiple posts documenting recording sessions and performances.
She attended the Electronic Dance Music Awards in Miami and posted red carpet content with the energy of someone who has been working toward these rooms for years.
She trained at the Nashville School of the Arts from a young age and has dabbled in acting and dancing alongside her music career. The three-discipline approach — singer, actress, fitness personality — is not a branding exercise. It is what she has actually been doing since before the Circle found her.
The Fitness Side
Kai’s fitness content has become a significant part of her platform. Her Instagram highlights include a dedicated “Fitness” folder, and she has posted about playing roller derby, horseback riding, surfing, and general workout content with the same wide-open energy she brought to the Circle apartment.
She posts RV staycation morning routines, “GRWM” content, and lifestyle videos that feel genuinely personal rather than sponsored.
She has also been open about her mental health journey — posts about “Surviving YN Trauma” and processing difficult personal experiences appear alongside the fitness and music content, suggesting she has built a community around honesty as much as aspiration.
Where She Is Now
Kai lives in Los Angeles and remains active across Instagram and TikTok. After the show she launched “On the Couch with Kai,” an IGTV series where she answered Circle questions and shared fun facts about herself. She stayed close to fellow Season 3 cast members, particularly James Andre Jefferson Jr., and has maintained genuine friendships from the show — Joey Sasso and Lee Swift both follow her, which in Circle terms is the highest possible endorsement.
She is still making music. Still doing fitness. Still posting with the specific combination of warmth and edge that her name was always designed to communicate.
“The Circle” Seasons 1 through 7 are streaming now on Netflix.
