Million Dollar Nannies

Where Is the Cast of ‘Million Dollar Nannies’ Now? Careers, Relationships & Life After the Show

The cast of “Million Dollar Nannies” has scattered across the country since filming wrapped, with one engagement, one full-time nanny placement, and one surprising jump into the corporate world.

“Million Dollar Nannies” gave viewers eight nannies, one wild summer in Ibiza, and a crash course in just how demanding it is to work for the ultra-wealthy. Now that the season has wrapped and the cast has scattered back to their real lives, fans want to know who is still nannying, who walked away, and who is engaged.

Here is where everyone stands.

Leah Barrs

Leah is the reason the show exists in the first place. At 31 and based in Los Angeles, she spent years nannying for the Kardashian-Jenner family before deciding to build her own agency, the one that brought the entire cast to Ibiza.

She has kept growing that business since filming ended, splitting her time between client work and expanding her name in the NannyTok space.

You can find her at @leahbarrs on Instagram at around 20,300 followers and @leahbarrz on TikTok with 57,800, where she still posts behind-the-scenes glimpses of her nanny life.

Sydney Siegel

Sydney came into the show as “The Scottsdale Nanny,” and at 28, she is still based out of Arizona. On screen, she worked alongside Leah for the demanding Guiribitey family, a Miami dentist and her mother who tested every nanny’s patience.

After filming wrapped, Sydney accepted a full-time placement with that same family, a decision that reportedly created some tension with Leah and Jack.

Off the clock, she has been busy traveling with footballer boyfriend Devin Dye, with recent stops in Denmark, Estonia, and Sweden. Find her on Instagram at @sydneysiegel and TikTok with a combined following of around 28,000.

Olivia “Liv” McMahon

Liv spent the season working to win over the Our3Dads family’s daughter, Beau, while fellow nanny Mitchell competed for a spot with her twin brother, Coy. She got the job.

And after filming ended, Liv did something that took months to go public: she quietly became the family’s full-time nanny, a role she only confirmed on her own page under the handle @livmcmahon.

Her path has taken her from Connecticut to Miami and now to Los Angeles, where she is fully settled into life with the family that made her a fan favorite.

Mitchell Bienvenue & Taylor Hayward

Mitchell and Taylor are the built-in couple of the cast, together for more than six years before stepping into the villa as a package deal. Mitchell, 29 and based in Columbus, Ohio, is the self-proclaimed “Number One Manny in the Midwest,” and on the show he won the competition for the Our3Dads’ son, Coy, edging out Jack McCann for the job. He turned down the family’s later offer to move to LA full time, choosing instead to head home to Ohio, where he still nannies locally and has built out a second career in photography and content creation. He is also open online about living with ulcerative colitis.

Taylor, originally from Hoover, Alabama, moved to Ohio to be with Mitchell and has been juggling nanny work with dental hygiene classes at Columbus State. The two got engaged in the Season 1 finale, timing the proposal to the anniversary of the day they first met, and they are still together and planning a future.

Find Mitchell on Instagram with around 98,100 followers and TikTok closer to 327,700. Taylor runs a bigger TikTok following at roughly 389,800, with a smaller Instagram audience near 7,980.

Jack McCann

Jack, 22 and known online as “NYC Manny,” went into the show as the competition for Mitchell over the Our3Dads job and came out with a very different second act.

Rather than sticking with elite childcare full time, he pivoted into the corporate world, taking a full-time role at The Community Preservation Corporation focused on program operations. He has been open about the culture clash, joking in interviews about HR pulling him aside after learning he was appearing on a reality show about drinking and fighting on camera.

He is still based in New York City and keeps a combined following of around 150,000 across Instagram and TikTok.

Hannah Joy Davis

Hannah, 26 and based in New York, came to Ibiza at Jack’s request, since he agreed to join the show only if his close friend could come too.

A professional dancer as well as a nanny, she has continued splitting her time between entertainment work and childcare since filming ended, using the platform from the show to grow both sides of her career.

She keeps a combined Instagram and TikTok following of around 170,000.

Tamaya Denae

Tamaya, 23 and based in Scottsdale, Arizona, came into the show already an experienced nanny looking to level up her client list.

Since filming wrapped, she has continued pursuing a Master’s degree in Child Development while still taking on demanding nanny placements.

She stays connected with a combined Instagram and TikTok following of around 32,000, where she shares life updates alongside her childcare content.

For a show built around finding the perfect nanny placements, the cast left Ibiza on very different paths. Some stayed in childcare, some built new careers, and some found both love and long-term jobs. The competition may be over, but their stories are still unfolding.

Million Dollar Nannies” Season 1 is streaming now on Hulu.
