Who Is Chris Dahlan From Perfect Match Season 4?

Chris Dahlan is a 26-year-old public speaker, business owner, and self-described millionaire from Miami, Florida. He is Lebanese-American, fluent in Arabic and Spanish, and describes himself on Instagram as a “Man of God” and “Mental Health Instructor.”

Chris is a Leo and has over 141,000 Instagram followers at @chrisdahlan and, before “Perfect Match,” was best known as one of the standout personalities on Netflix’s “Age of Attraction” Season 1, which premiered in March 2026.

He was also, notably, the very first cast member announced for “Perfect Match” Season 4 — confirmed publicly at the “Age of Attraction” Season 1 reunion on April 1.

What Is Age of Attraction?

“Age of Attraction” is a “Love Is Blind” spinoff hosted by Nick Viall and his wife Natalie Joy, who have a 20-year age gap between them. The premise: 40 singles ranging in age from 22 to 60 explore connections without the constraint of age being a factor. It ran for nine episodes across three weeks in March 2026.

Chris entered as one of three Miami contestants and became a fan favorite almost immediately — not just for his looks and confidence, but for his genuine emotional openness on a show where that is not always a given.

When his mother Nina appeared in Episode 6 and gave calm, measured, deeply thoughtful advice about his connection, the internet collectively fell in love with her too. Fans called the world lucky to have a mom like her.

She hosted a watch party at her Miami home with Chris and fellow cast member John Merrill — tables full of food, family and friends, full proud-mom energy.

His Connection With Leah — And Why It Didn’t Work

@chrisdahlan

I want to thank @Netflix for allowing me to represent my country without shame. Me wearing this shirt on TV was not supposed to happen, but at a time of such high controversy I’m so blessed I have the chance to remind everyone how beautiful Lebanon is. It honestly made me emotional seeing all the love and support from fam back home so being able to give them a moment like this to be proud of means everything 🫶🏽🇱🇧 #netflix #ageofattraction #lebanon

On “Age of Attraction,” Chris initially connected with Vanessa Drozda before they mutually parted ways when it became clear the spark was not quite right. He then grew closer to Leah Woolfolk, and their bond built steadily across their time together on the show.

Leah worried early on that Chris would pull back once he knew her age — a fear that lingered even as they got closer. The two did develop real chemistry and honest conversations, including one where Chris opened up about his relationship with his late father and how that had shaped the kind of partner he wanted to be.

When commitment day arrived, Chris did not propose. He walked away single, and he has been candid about it since.

At the reunion, he told Nick Viall: “I messed this one up a little bit. I’m still grateful.”

Then came the announcement that he would be heading into the “Perfect Match” villa next.

Who He Is Outside of Reality TV

The “self-proclaimed millionaire” label gets thrown around in his bio, and it is worth being clear: Netflix and outlets leaned into it as part of his on-screen persona. Chris himself has never broken down his finances for the camera.

What is verifiable is that he has built a real career. He travels the country as a public speaker, working primarily with young people on mental health — drawing on his own past struggles to make the work personal and credible. Chris is also listed as an investor and consultant and co-founded a Miami golf team, Miami Golf Guys, which he documents on Instagram with two friends and entered into its first team tournament in January 2026.

He is a gym regular, car enthusiast, and someone whose entire brand runs on confidence without being obnoxious about it — which is a harder needle to thread than it looks.

What to Expect on ‘Perfect Match’ Season 4

Chris arrives in the villa as arguably the most recognizable male cast member coming from outside the “Love Is Blind” and “Too Hot to Handle” pipelines — and as the only “Age of Attraction” representative this season.

He knows how to hold a conversation, is not afraid to be vulnerable on camera, and already has the audience’s goodwill from his time on “Age of Attraction.” The question is whether the “Perfect Match” format, which rewards social strategy as much as genuine connection, will suit him.

He said heading in that he plans to “be myself, be open, try to talk to as many people as I can authentically. And if I find love, what a blessing.”

“Perfect Match” Season 4 premieres May 13, only on Netflix.
“Age of Attraction” Season 1 is streaming now on Netflix.
