Who Is Sophie Willett from Perfect Match Season 4?

Sophie Willett is a 28-year-old senior commercial manager from Manchester, England. She works at BayWa r.e. EMEA and holds a law degree from the University of Derby — something she has not been shy about using as a warning to anyone who thinks they can out-argue her. On paper, she is polished and professional. On screen, she is something else entirely.

She came to international attention in the summer of 2025 as a contestant on” Love Is Blind: UK” Season 2, which premiered on Netflix in August. She left without a ring and with a whole lot of unfinished business — and now she is taking another shot at love on “Perfect Match” Season 4.

Sophie entered the “Love Is Blind” pods knowing exactly what she wanted and very clear on what she would not tolerate. The problem was finding someone who could crack through the walls she had spent years building.

By her own admission, she has never really been in love — not because she doesn’t want it, but because the fear of heartbreak has always gotten in the way first. Her dad and four brothers add another layer: any man interested in Sophie has to get past a very protective inner circle.

In the pods, she connected with Kieran Holmes-Darby. Things were going well until Sophie discovered that Kieran had given fellow contestant Megan Jupp a Japanese ornament laced with his aftershave — a gesture she found deeply disrespectful. What Kieran framed as a casual gift landed for Sophie as a betrayal and, as she later put it, humiliation.

What viewers saw was the final ten minutes of Sophie saying she was done. What actually happened was closer to an hour of confrontation that never made the final cut. Sophie told “Still Watching Netflix” in August 2025 that the edit made her look reactionary while Kieran dodged accountability. She was clear that her frustration was with Kieran, not Megan — and she kept things respectful with her throughout.

Kieran ultimately chose Megan. Sophie left the pods single. The love triangle became one of the season’s defining storylines.

Who She Is Looking For

Sophie has been refreshingly blunt about what she wants — and what she can’t stand. Most men give her the ick. She is not interested in anyone who cannot hold their own in a conversation, stand up for themselves, or make her genuinely laugh.

She has said she is looking for someone who makes her belly laugh but is still, in her words, “ridiculously sexy and intelligent.” She followed that with: “So not much.”

Netflix’s own description of her heading into “Perfect Match” is equally telling. Most of her decisions, she admits, are driven by her own amusement. She is a pot stirrer by nature, but she insists she is never really that serious.

Whether the “Perfect Match” villa sees the guarded Sophie or the one who just wants to have fun remains to be seen.

What She Has Been Up To

Between Love Is Blind UK filming and Perfect Match, Sophie has been living well. Her Instagram is a running record of an extremely well-traveled life — Barcelona, Marbella, Milan, Positano, Rome, Paris, Dubai, Prague, Marrakech, the Dominican Republic, and more. She has kept her personal life relatively private since the show aired, though her profile has grown considerably since the Netflix spotlight found her.

She goes by @slw.3 on Instagram and has built a following of reality TV fans curious to see what she does next.

What to Expect on Perfect Match Season 4

The trailer for Season 4 shows Sophie paired with Dave Hand from “Married at First Sight Australia” during at least one challenge — though matches in the villa shift constantly, so nothing is locked in.

What is locked in is that Sophie’s personality is perfectly suited for a show that rewards people who can play the social game while also being entertaining. She has the looks, the quick wit, and zero patience for anyone who wastes her time.

“Perfect Match” Season 4 premieres Wednesday, May 13, on Netflix, with the first five episodes dropping at once.

Love Is Blind: UK Season 2 is streaming now on Netflix.
