Who Is Natalie Noisom on ‘Million Dollar Secret’? The Player Who Knew Too Much

Natalie Noisom is a 29-year-old marketing manager from Miami who appeared on “Million Dollar Secret” Season 2 and became one of the earliest players to identify key clues — before being eliminated after drawing too much attention to her strategy.

Natalie Noisom described her greatest skill going into “Million Dollar Secret” Season 2 as staying quiet and listening when it matters most. What the show actually captured was someone who listened extremely well and then couldn’t stop herself from acting on what she heard.

Here’s everything you need to know about Natalie Noisom and her role on “Million Dollar Secret”.

Who Is Natalie Noisom?

Natalie Noisom is a 29-year-old marketing manager from Miami, Florida — a city she shares with fellow cast member Nick Pellecchia, though the two arrived at The Stag as strangers. She is fluent in both English and Portuguese, is a self-described bird mom with a parrot, and had plans to acquire a military macaw as a companion if she won the million dollars.

Her Instagram is @natalie_noisom, where she has built a following of around 26,000 through fitness and lifestyle content — including a personal challenge she completed in October 2025, going twelve months without alcohol to test her patience and self-control.

Netflix’s Tudum described her as someone who considers herself a duck — calm on the surface, working like crazy underneath. That description turned out to be more accurate than the show had time to fully explore.

The Academic Background

Before marketing, Natalie studied Broadcast Journalism with a minor in Sports Administration at the University of Miami from 2017 to 2019. Her time there was genuinely active — she worked as a reporter for University of Miami Television, contributed content to the Odyssey and the Miami Community Newspaper, served on the sports desk, and completed an internship in the athletics communications department. At the time, she told her school she aspired to become editor-in-chief of a high-end magazine like Teen Vogue or Harper’s Bazaar, or to pursue a career in sports broadcasting.

The journalism background matters in context. Someone trained to ask questions, gather information, and build a narrative out of separate data points is going to approach a game like “Million Dollar Secret” differently than someone who is just winging it. Natalie was not winging it.

What She Was Like on the Show

Natalie arrived at The Stag with a clear game plan — be stern, be dominant, and do the dirty work. “I am competing for a million dollars,” she said in Episode 1. “I’m willing to do the dirty work.”

She meant it. When she opened her box and found the first clue of the season — the millionaire is a firstborn child — she went straight to work, quietly asking every guest about their birth order before anyone else had a working theory. By the time Altie Holcomb was eliminated at the first dinner, she had already identified three firstborn suspects and was further ahead than anyone in the house knew.

The problem was that her diligence made her visible. The house clocked that something was different about her questioning before they knew what she was actually sitting on. Altie himself noticed and used it to redirect suspicion her way. The gap between how much she knew and how much she could safely reveal — without exposing herself as the clue holder — became the thing that ended her game.

The trophy room standoff, the Hunter confrontation, the emotional speech at elimination dinner — all of it is covered in detail in our full breakdown of why she was eliminated, which you can read here.

Life After The Stag

Natalie left knowing she had been right. The millionaire was sitting at that table and played the entire group. Her parting words said it cleanly: “I think a lot of these people have no clue what is going on. The millionaire is playing in their faces. They played in mine.”

Since the show, she and Hunter Call — the castmate she famously clashed with inside The Stag — have made peace in the most public way possible. A recent Instagram video shows a clip of their argument from the show followed by footage of the two of them on a ski lift taking a shot together, laughing. The caption: “From taking shots at each other to taking shots with each other.”

Whatever happened at that elimination dinner table apparently did not survive contact with real life. Natalie Noisom came in ready to win a million dollars. She left with a ski lift story and a castmate who owes her an apology.

“Million Dollar Secret: Season 2 streams on Netflix. The finale drops April 29.
