Mackenzie Bellows is a 24-year-old real estate agent from Michigan. She is a Libra, can recite the alphabet backwards, and originally went to college to become a homicide detective.
That last part explains quite a bit about how she operates in competition settings. She is a reader of people, a step-ahead thinker, and someone who has said that everything she does in a game is calculated, even when it doesn’t look like it.
Mackenzie goes by @mackbellows on Instagram, where her bio identifies her as Player 451 from “Squid Game: The Challenge” and teases her upcoming “Perfect Match” Season 4 appearance.
She is the only cast member on “Perfect Match” Season 4 coming from the “Squid Game” universe, which makes her one of the more unexpected additions to the villa.
What Is Squid Game: The Challenge?
“Squid Game: The Challenge” is the real-life competition spinoff of the massively popular Netflix series, dropping 456 contestants into a series of brutal, high-stakes games with $4.56 million on the line.
Season 2 premiered in November 2025 and featured players from across the globe ranging in age from 21 to 77. Unlike the drama-first formats of most dating and social game shows, “Squid Game: The Challenge” is pure pressure — elimination happens fast, the games are physical and psychological, and alliances are fragile by design.
Mackenzie entered as Player 451.
Her Time on Squid Game: The Challenge
Mackenzie stood out on Season 2 for something that sounds simple but is actually rare in that format: she refused to abandon her values when the game pushed her to do it.
Early on, when players were asked to vote on whether to eliminate the five slowest competitors, Mackenzie refused to vote against a player named Michael — because he had helped her team get through the first mini-game and she wasn’t about to turn on him for it. Loyalty was not a liability to her. It was a line.
She fought her way through round after round, eventually landing in the top 18 — the Snakes and Ladders stage. She was paired with a player named Drake, and the two built a genuine partnership inside an environment designed to make trust almost impossible.
She has said she would not change a single decision she made. “Everything I said and did was calculated, even if it wasn’t shown. Every choice taught me something, and I walked away knowing I gave it everything I had.”
Who She Is Outside of Reality TV
Mackenzie works as a real estate agent at the Morley Giltrop Real Estate Team in Fenton Township, Michigan. Her approach to the job, by her own description, mirrors who she was on screen — genuine, trustworthy, and someone clients can actually rely on. She keeps her social media presence minimal and her personal life relatively private for someone who has now appeared on two Netflix shows.
When she is not working or competing, she is fishing, golfing (by her own admission not particularly well), traveling when she can, and gravitating toward low-key nights filled with good conversations and laughter.
She is a competition show and psychological thriller enthusiast who says if there is strategy, mind games, and chaos involved, she is locked in.
Perfect Match, then, is either a natural extension of that energy or a completely different beast.
What to Expect on ‘Perfect Match’ Season 4
The trailer offers a glimpse of Mackenzie alongside Chris Dahlan from “Age of Attraction” as a possible early pairing — which, on paper, is an interesting combination. Chris leads with confidence and charm. Mackenzie leads with strategy and loyalty. Whether those two things complement each other or clash is exactly the kind of tension “Perfect Match” is built on.
She is also, at 24, one of the younger cast members this season, entering a villa full of people who have navigated everything from engagement pods to marriage experiments.
What she brings that most of them don’t is the experience of competing against 455 other people under genuine psychological pressure. That isn’t nothing.
“Perfect Match” Season 4 premieres May 13, only on Netflix.
“Squid Game: The Challenge” Season 2 is streaming now on Netflix.
