Daniel Cusimano is a musical theater performer, content creator, and entertainment personality from Palm Harbor, Florida. He was the youngest cast member of “The Circle” Season 3 — entering at 20 years old — and had been building toward a career in entertainment long before the show arrived. He worked as an in-character entertainer at Walt Disney World.
He goes by @daniel_cusimano on Instagram and @daniel-cusimano on Snapchat, where his bio still reads: “It’s Daniel from Netflix’s Season 3 of The Circle, good luck!”
‘The Circle’ Season 3 — The Youngest Player
Daniel’s strategy walking into “The Circle” was disarmingly self-aware. “Being young and looking dumb is definitely my secret weapon,” he said in his intro. “They’ll think ‘Daniel the 20-year-old twink doesn’t have a strategic or manipulative bone in his little own body — and then bang!” He came to compete, he said, and it didn’t matter who was in his way.
He played as himself, which in a season full of catfishes and complicated personas meant he was immediately read as either harmless or a threat — and for most of the game, the cast landed on harmless.
That worked in his favor longer than it should have.
He built a friendship with Kai Ghost and James Andre Jefferson Jr. when they entered the game, which gave him his strongest social footing of the season. He was eliminated in the back half of the game without making the finale, but he made enough of an impression that his Times Square billboard appearance — documented on his Instagram with the caption “dreams really do come true” — felt earned.
What He Has Been Up To Since
Daniel has kept a relatively quiet public profile since the show. He remained booked and busy in the entertainment world post-Circle, making trips to New York City and continuing to pursue his performance career.
His Snapchat remains active, where he posts with the specific humor of someone who has fully committed to the bit — including a video of himself singing a Santa Baby parody from his bathroom asking Santa for “a handsome, rich man,” which is extremely on brand.
He has a Cameo page and has kept his Circle identity as a jumping-off point rather than a ceiling.
The musical theater background, the Disney World experience, and the unshakeable energy of someone who entered a Netflix show at 20 years old and screamed his way through the first episode — none of that appears to have gone anywhere.
The Honest Read
Daniel is one of the Season 3 cast members who hasn’t had a splashy post-show chapter — no additional Netflix shows, no major business launches, no viral moments outside the Circle itself.
What he has is a foundation. He was 20 when the show aired. He is 25 now. The career he was building at Disney World and in Florida theater is still the career he is building, just with a Netflix credit and 57,000 Instagram followers attached to it.
The billboard in Times Square was real. The dream was real. The rest is still in progress, and there is nothing wrong with that.
