Are Hannah and Marciano Still Together After ‘Vanderpump Villa’ Season 3?

Here’s what the season actually told us — and what Marciano’s social media is saying now

If you watched ‘Vanderpump Villa‘ Season 3 hoping to finally get a clean answer on Hannah Fouch and Marciano Brunette, you were absolutely not alone, and the show absolutely did not give you one. What it gave you instead was ten episodes of kissing, crying, denying, and going right back to each other — followed by a reunion trailer that has Hannah walking off set in tears. So let’s actually break this down.

Where Things Stood Going Into Season 3

Hannah and Marciano didn’t arrive at Rosecroft Park as strangers with unresolved tension. They arrived as two people who had hooked up three weeks before filming started and told each other “I love you” at some point in between. Hannah made it clear in confessionals that she was trying to move on. Marciano made it clear to anyone who would listen that he was not.

The dynamic was set from day one. Hannah kissed Charlie Tiedemann in front of him. He spied from hallways. She cried. He comforted her. She told him she wasn’t invested. He told the cameras that no one would ever understand the bond between them. Repeat for ten episodes.

The Season’s Defining Moment

If there was a turning point, it came in Episode 7, when Hannah confided in Dom DeAngelis that she had gotten pregnant with Marciano’s baby two years ago and lost it. It was the first moment the show really handed viewers the reason why these two could not seem to let go and why everyone around them telling them to get over it was so much simpler than it actually was. Dom’s response said it all: “I get it now.”

That revelation made the rest of the season recontextualize. All the kissing-and-denying, the cycle Stassi Schroeder had been calling out from day one, the thing Hagen Bach eventually stepped back from entirely. It wasn’t just toxicity for the sake of a storyline. There was real history underneath it.

By Episode 9, after Hagen officially ended their friendship over it, Marciano was running to Hannah’s side in the courtyard. They ended up sleeping together. Lisa popped up at the window the next morning and was not pleased.

Did They Actually Get Together?

The season ended without a clean answer, which is very on-brand for them. Stassi pushed them both to admit they loved each other and told them to just be together already. Hannah said she couldn’t get past what he’d done. Marciano cried about it in the stairwell. They hooked up in the bathroom. And then the season ended.

There was no relationship confirmed. There was no real breakup either. There was just the two of them, doing what they have apparently always done.

What Marciano’s Social Media Is Saying

Here’s the thing. Since the season wrapped, Marciano has been spotted — and photographed, and commented on — with someone who is decidedly not Hannah. That someone is Jessi Draper.

The TMZ Nashville sighting, the Rachel Cook photo shoot where he fed her grapes and berries, the cryptic March Instagram video, and most recently a full Nashville carousel where Jessi jumped into the comments with “What happens in Nashville stays in Nashville” — followed by a heart-eyes emoji — and Marciano replied with monkey and gorilla emojis. Neither of them has confirmed anything. Both of them keep showing up in each other’s orbit in ways that are very difficult to describe as coincidental.

For context: Jordan filed for divorce in March after five years of marriage. Jessi has been posting, thriving, and responding to TMZ with two-word corrections that rack up 17,000 likes. Marciano has been in Nashville. Together-but-not-together seems to be their current mode, which, if you watched Season 3, will feel very familiar.

So Where Does That Leave Hannah?

It’s not a great answer, but the evidence points pretty clearly in one direction. Whatever Hannah and Marciano were — and Season 3 made a strong case that it was real and complicated and rooted in something neither of them has fully processed — it does not appear to have become a relationship after filming ended.

The reunion airs April 30 on Hulu. There is reportedly a secret recording involved. Hannah walked off set in tears. Whether any of that is directly connected to Marciano, Jessi, or something else entirely, we’ll find out soon enough.
