Who Is Francesca Farago? From ‘Too Hot to Handle’ to Family Life & Business

Francesca Farago, whose full name is Francesca Farago Webb, was born November 18, 1993, in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. She grew up in Vancouver, British Columbia, the daughter of a restaurateur father and a romance author mother. She has a younger brother and sister. She graduated from Carleton University with a degree in law and legal studies — a credential she has never used professionally, because she was already building something else entirely.

Before reality TV, she was an Instagram model and influencer, partnering with brands like Fashion Nova, Revolve, and Misha Swim. She had the look, the following, and the drive. Netflix gave her the audience to match.

In 2020, Francesca became one of the breakout stars of “Too Hot to Handle” Season 1. The premise: a group of attractive, commitment-averse singles must live together in a luxury villa and abstain from any physical contact — including kissing — or face cash deductions from the $100,000 prize fund.

Francesca and Australian contestant Harry Jowsey were not particularly interested in the rules. The two became the show’s central couple almost immediately, and they famously cost the group thousands of dollars in deductions by doing exactly what they were told not to.

By the finale, they had won most of it back — and they left Mexico as a couple. Fans had a name for them: Frarry.

The Harry Jowsey Era

What followed was two years of on-and-off chaos. Harry and Francesca broke up and reconciled multiple times between 2019 and 2021. They went public, went private, got a Ring Pop engagement during the show’s Zoom reunion in 2020, broke off that engagement by summer, and then quietly tried again in 2021. That final attempt fell apart fast.

“We were getting back together,” Francesca said on “The Domenick Nati Show” in June 2021. “We were getting to know each other slowly. And then, he was just being extremely disrespectful to me online.”

She called it off for good. Both have since moved on entirely, and neither appears to be looking back. Harry eventually showed up on “Perfect Match” Season 2. Francesca had already moved on to something much bigger.

Perfect Match Season 1 (and a Brief Love Is Blind Cameo)

Before Perfect Match, Francesca made a memorable appearance in the “Love Is Blind” extended universe. She briefly dated Damian Powers from Love Is Blind Season 1 after he and his fiancée Giannina broke things off — a storyline that kept the internet busy for a while.

Then in 2023, Netflix brought her back for “Perfect Match” Season 1, the crossover competition series that pairs reality stars from across the Netflix universe. Her time on the show did not result in a lasting match — but she left the villa with something more valuable.

The minute filming wrapped, she texted Jesse Sullivan.

Jesse Sullivan & The Love Story Nobody Saw Coming

Francesca first met Jesse Sullivan in 2021, during a Pride Month TikTok Live she was hired to host. Jesse was one of three LGBTQ+ trailblazers she interviewed on the stream. They were not allowed to mingle during the event, but they were definitely paying attention to each other. The moment it ended, she slid into his DMs.

Jesse Sullivan is a trans man and TikTok personality with more than three million followers. He came out as transgender in 2019 and has been open about his journey ever since. The two fell fast. By their fifth date, they were already talking about having kids. In spring 2023, Jesse proposed. Francesca said yes.

IVF, Twins, & The Family They Built

The path to parenthood was not easy, and Francesca documented nearly all of it. She and Jesse decided they would use IVF with a known sperm donor — someone their children would be able to identify as they got older. Francesca’s father was adopted and struggled with not knowing his origins, and she did not want that for her kids.

The process hit early complications. Francesca was diagnosed with ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome, which forced them to pause. A failed embryo transfer followed. Then, on March 31, 2024 — Trans Day of Visibility, which also fell on Easter Sunday that year — they announced the pregnancy. A week later: twins.

On November 11, 2024, Francesca gave birth to fraternal twins via emergency C-section. The birth itself was terrifying. The baby boy had almost no fluid left. Francesca suffered blood clots that required manual removal. She later described it as the worst pain she had ever felt in her life.

Both babies arrived safely: a son named Locket Romance Sullivan and a daughter named Poetry Lucia Sullivan.

Jesse cut the umbilical cords.

By August 2025, the twins were nine months old, standing, climbing, and saying “mama.”

Farago the Label

While the personal storylines were unfolding publicly, Francesca was also quietly building a business. She launched Farago the Label in 2020 — a sustainable, vegan, cruelty-free swimwear brand. The pieces are made from biodegradable Italian fabric, handmade by a PETA-approved manufacturer in Brazil. Leftover fabric gets turned into animal beds and donated to shelters. Swimsuits range from about $60 to $139.

She has said repeatedly that the brand was built to outlast her reality TV moment, and by most accounts, it has. It is still running, still growing, and still very much hers.

What Is She Up to Now?

Francesca is still very active on Instagram at 5.9 million followers and goes by @francescafarago.

Her bio teases a new drop from @faragothelabel, with highlights spanning Korea travel content, stretch marks, baby updates, and her label. She and Jesse have bought a home in Los Angeles and have announced plans for a destination wedding — they wanted to have babies first, and they got their wish.

Her net worth is estimated between $1 million and $3 million depending on the source, built primarily through brand partnerships, her swimwear line, and sponsored content. With six-figure Instagram rates at her follower count, the income from her platforms alone is significant.

Perfect Match” Season 4 premieres this Wednesday on Netflix, and the show’s universe keeps pulling search interest back to one of its most famous alumni. Whether she appears or not, Francesca Farago is the name people type when they want to remember how it all started.
