Bravo just dropped the full trailer for “In the City,” the “Summer House” spinoff. It already has everyone talking. Not just because it finally has a premiere date, but because West Wilson shows up to hug Amanda Batula on camera and calls her “Mandy.”
This week, of all weeks.
“In the City” premieres May 19. It will air as a two-hour crossover with the “Summer House” season 10 finale. The full cast was also revealed today alongside the trailer.
The Trailer Is a Lot
The super teaser is packed with scenes from Amanda and Kyle’s marriage collapse, including a pointed exchange: Amanda tells Kyle, “We don’t have a prenup, but if you come for me, I’ll come for you.” Kyle fires back, “That would be a losing battle.” Amanda replies, “Are you threatening me?”
But the moment everyone will be screenshotting is not between Amanda and Kyle. West Wilson appears briefly as a guest in the trailer. He warmly embraces Amanda and says, “Hey, Mandy!” The moment lands differently now that the two have a confirmed relationship.
A tearful Lindsay appears in a FaceTime call with her parents, saying, “I’m choosing partners that continue to abandon me, and it’s made me feel like I should be ashamed.” The show also teases fertility journeys, new relationship drama, and marital issues beyond the Cooke-Batula split.
Former “Summer House” cast member Danielle Olivera delivers what may be the most pointed line of the trailer at a dinner table: “Nick, are you married to Yvonne yet or not?” When Nick says yes, another guest responds: “That’s not what you told us last night!”
The Full Cast
According to Variety, alongside Kyle, Amanda, and Lindsay. It also includes “Summer House” alums Danielle Olivera and Andrea Denver, plus new faces: Nick Barber and his fiancee Yvonne Najor, dermatologist Georgina Ferzli, former Model Whitney Fransway, and several others, including Kenny Martin, Gavin Moseley, Eoin Heavey, and Katie Arundel.
The ScAmanda Problem
Here is the elephant in every room. “In the City” filmed throughout fall 2025 and wrapped before February 2026, well before the ScAmanda news broke publicly on March 31. Variety reports that Bravo confirmed it will not resume filming to capture the fallout. The “Summer House” reunion will address it instead.
That means viewers will watch Amanda and Kyle’s marriage fall apart on camera, see West hug Amanda warmly in the background, and know exactly where all of it ends up before a single word of the aftermath airs.
Kyle has said there is “a little murkiness” around the timeline of their separation that will need to be addressed at the reunion, according to TV Insider. The May 19 premiere date puts “In the City” on a collision course with that reunion airing shortly after.
“Summer House” Season 10 airs Tuesdays 8/7c on Bravo.
