The Setting

Season 3 of “Vanderpump Villa” was the messiest yet — a flooded 200-year-old ceiling, a bartender who could not bartend, a Mormon Wives crossover that cracked open secrets nobody was ready for, and a love story built on grief that still has no resolution. Before the cast sits down together, here is what actually matters.

The Staff Shake-Ups

Lewis Herring, the English butler, locked himself in a bathroom on day one and left the show entirely. Lisa Vanderpump chased him down the driveway in eight-inch heels in a golf cart yelling his name. She never got to say goodbye.

Mike Catuosco, one of the cooks, lasted a few episodes before telling Lisa it would be best if he went home. Lisa asked if he could last another 48 hours. He said he did not think he could. Hagen Bach stepped up to cover the butler role on top of his own. It paid off.

Hannah and Marciano: The Main Event

Three seasons in, Hannah Fouch and Marciano Brunette are still doing this. The toxic cycle is well established at this point — they break up, they cannot stay away, one of them kisses someone else, the other one spirals. Season 3 added a layer that reframed everything: Hannah revealed to Dom DeAngelis that she and Marciano had a miscarriage together. Suddenly the intensity makes more sense. These are not just two people who cannot move on. They are carrying something the rest of the house never fully understood.

That did not stop what the rest of the house saw this season. Hannah kissed Charlie Tiedemann, kissed Nick King in front of Alyssa Johnston, kissed multiple guests, most while Marciano watched. Marciano told Gabriella Sanon and Sher Suarez things Hannah had allegedly said about them. Hannah admitted to a producer she had been lying about the two of them kissing the whole time. Gabriella called him obsessed. Sher told Hannah to grow up. The house largely turned on both of them.

Stassi Schroeder tried to broker a sit-down. Hannah’s trust is not there. Marciano told anyone who would listen that he loved her and wanted to be with her. His confessional: “No one will ever understand the bond between me and Hannah.”

Are they together now? That is the question the reunion needs to answer.

Mormon Wives and DadTok: Who Is Actually Telling the Truth?

@dhee.tv

I guess we all know now who Jordan really is. Marciano admitted to everything and he just kept on being rude. Well where’s he and Jessi now. #fyp #explore #foryoupage #vanderpumpvilla #dadtok

Jordan Ngatikaura arrived at Rosecroft Park with DadTok and a lot to say. Lisa facilitated a private sit-down between him and Marciano. Jordan revealed he and Jessi spent $100,000 in therapy after Marciano’s emotional affair with his wife. Marciano apologized. Jordan was not satisfied — and spent more of the conversation focused on Demi than on his own marriage, something Dakota clocked out loud.

Marciano, biting his tongue throughout, went to Lisa the next morning with something he had been sitting on for a long time: Jessi cheated on her first husband to be with Jordan. Lisa’s reaction was immediate. “What an absolute example of f—king hypocrisy.”

Marciano also confirmed to Jordan, on camera, that he and Demi kissed in the villa and told each other they loved each other. Jordan pushed him to call Demi’s husband Bret and come clean. Marciano refused. Jordan mocked him. DadTok toasted to “Marciano’s funeral” at dinner in all black.

The questions still outstanding: Did Marciano lie about Jessi? Why won’t he call Bret? Is Jordan telling the full story — or deflecting from his own? The reunion needs to answer all three.

Nick the “Bartender”: Was He Ever Qualified?

Nick arrived from Edinburgh with heavy-dose confidence and, it turned out, almost no bar experience. He did not know what a gimlet was. He could not make a whiskey sour. A guest had to go behind the bar and pour her own glass of wine. Lisa demoted him to barback and put it plainly: “Not only has my butler flown the coop, but one of my bartenders doesn’t know gin and tonic from diddly-squat?”

The reunion question is simple: was Nick ever actually a bartender, or did he show up for something else entirely?

Hannah vs. The House: Did They Turn on Her for a Reason?

Hannah arrived declaring her “dirty 30 horny Hannah” era and delivered on that promise. But the tension with the house went deeper than who she was kissing. Gabriella and Sher ganged up on her in the hot tub — calling her out in front of everyone while Sam laughed. Marciano, Dom, and Chef Anthony Bar all came to her defense. On a boys’ day out, Dom addressed it directly: if what she does affects you this much, you need to get a life.

The reunion question: was the house targeting Hannah unfairly, or did she give them enough ammunition to justify it?

Tyler and Sage: Was This Relationship Healthy at All?

Tyler Winston and Sage Smith were the season’s quieter couple — a former Division I athlete from Houston and a former housekeeper who worked her way up from a retirement home. Tyler said in confessional he was almost ready to say he loved her. Sage revealed to a producer that nothing stresses her out because she is on a very high dose of Lexapro.

Then came the bachelor group. A guest mentioned Sage seemed to be acting single. She told Tyler about it, thinking it was funny. Tyler took it as a clear sign of disrespect, went cold, and ignored her while she was talking to him. Sage went to her room and cried. She told Meredith Lambert the whole situation made her feel like she did something wrong when she was just doing her job. She eventually told Tyler he had probably been toxic in relationships because that is the way he moves.

They reconciled. Whether it held is the reunion question. More importantly: was this relationship ever on solid enough ground to survive one misunderstanding?

The Guest Chaos: Did Production Go Too Far?

The Challenge meets Vanderpump and she was sooo mad and disappointed. #thechallenge #vanderpump

The Challenge group arrived and immediately started drinking 300 beers. Derek passed out before dinner. Devin cannonballed naked into the pool, then screamed at bartender Charlie — who was having a casual conversation with his girlfriend — calling him a “6’7 little bitch.” Theo fell asleep with the bathtub running all night, sending water pouring through a ceiling that survived two world wars.

Lisa gathered them the next morning and was direct. “I might look like a pussy, but I’m not. I work with corporations. I live in a man’s world. And I’m gonna kick your ass from here to breakfast time unless you tell me you’re going to shape up.”

The question the reunion might not answer but fans are asking anyway: when every guest group this season is a reality TV cast with existing drama, how much of the chaos was inevitable — and was that the point?

Nick and Alyssa: Casual Until It Wasn’t

Nick and Alyssa spent most of the season insisting things between them were casual. They also spent most of the season kissing on punting boats in Oxford, holding hands through the streets, and making out hard enough in front of the group that Hagen asked out loud why everyone was watching. Nick then started pursuing Jess from Bachelor Nation while still in Alyssa’s orbit. His confessional admitted he might still be thinking about Jess. Alyssa’s confessional said she did not really care. Neither of them fully committed to the bit either way.

The reunion question: if it was always casual, why did it keep mattering?

Alyssa and Dom: Not the Same Page

Separate from Nick entirely, Dom spent the season developing feelings for Alyssa that she did not appear to share. He told her he felt like she wanted girlfriend-level time together — hanging out constantly outside the villa, making plans. He thought a music festival they attended together was going to be a romantic moment. She slept with the drummer. Dom told her every time he was almost out, she pulled him back in.

The reunion question: did Alyssa ever actually lead Dom on, or was he reading into something that was never there?

Who Is on the Hot Seat

Marciano is the obvious answer — the Mormon Wives situation, the Jordan confrontation, the Hannah drama, the secrets he hinted at but never fully dropped. But Hannah is equally exposed. She lied, she said things about people behind their backs, and then watched Marciano get the blame for most of it. Jordan has the hypocrisy question hanging over him. Nick has a professional credibility problem that charm can only deflect for so long.

And Gabriella has the shared bonus resentment — she made clear on camera she would have preferred to earn it alone. The tension between her and Chef Anthony ran deeper than that though. Chef told Dom he does not respect her work ethic and sees her as bossy rather than hardworking. By the end of the season, Chef said he was not sure he would come back next season — and Gabriella is a significant part of why. Marciano hinted the same, still without a bonus after three seasons. The reunion question on both of them: is this the last time we see either of them at the villa?

What Could Explode

Marciano said it himself in confessional early in the season: “There’s a bunch of secrets that are about to come out.” Not everything did. The reunion is the last venue for what is left. Jordan’s deflection to Demi over his own marriage is one thread that never got fully pulled. Hannah’s admission that she was lying the whole time about her and Marciano gives the cast a concrete grievance. And Stassi called Marciano manipulative — then walked away. That conversation is not finished.

This is not a reunion where everything gets wrapped up neatly. If anything, it is one where everything could fall apart.
