The bartender who walked into the villa and immediately stirred the pot
If you finished “Vanderpump Villa” Season 3 and found yourself Googling Meredith Lambert, you’re not alone. She came in as one of the newer staff members, kept a relatively low profile behind the bar, and somehow still managed to be at the center of some of the season’s most talked-about moments. Here’s everything you need to know.
Who Is Meredith Lambert?
Meredith Lambert is one of the new bartenders who joined the “Vanderpump Villa” Season 3 cast, working alongside fellow new additions Nick King and Charlie Tiedemann and returning bartender Sam Terry at Rosecroft Park in England. She came in with hospitality experience and, as viewers quickly learned, absolutely zero filter.
Beyond the show, public details on Meredith are limited — she’s American, she’s in hospitality, and she has an Instagram presence that picked up considerably once the season dropped. She came into Rosecroft as Alyssa Johnston‘s best friend and roommate, which immediately gave her an alliance and, as it turned out, a front-row seat to every piece of drama that unfolded this season.
The Andre Mitchell Situation
Meredith’s storyline started before filming even properly began. At the Season 3 premiere party in Las Vegas, she slept with Andre Mitchell — a “Vanderpump Villa” Seasons 1 & 2 cast member who had a prior romantic connection with Gabriella Sanon. By Hannah Fouch and Sam’s accounts, Meredith was very drunk that night. By Meredith’s account, it was a story worth sharing.
She made sure everyone knew about it at the first staff icebreaker game, Secrets and Seductions, when Hagen Bach read her secret aloud to the group: that she had slept with Andre in Vegas. She delivered a barely sincere apology directly at Gabriella with a smile. Gabriella pulled her aside and made it very clear that walking into her domain and announcing that in front of everyone was not the move. Meredith rolled her eyes on her way out of the conversation.
What made it worse — or more entertaining, depending on your perspective — was that Meredith kept bringing Andre up. Not once, not twice, but repeatedly, until Keviah finally pulled her aside and told her it was coming off pick-me. Gabriella agreed, noting that it wasn’t the flex Meredith seemed to think it was.
Meredith’s response was that she didn’t care if people liked her. When Keviah shared this back with the group, Meredith called Keviah the real pick-me and brought up her fake colored contacts. So that went well.
The Gabriella Tension
The Andre situation set the tone for the entire Meredith and Gabriella dynamic, which never fully resolved. Gabriella spent most of the season side-eyeing Meredith from across the room. Meredith spent most of the season acting like she didn’t notice or care. The tension wasn’t explosive — it was the slow simmer kind, which is sometimes more exhausting to watch than an outright blowup.
What made it more complicated was the Episode 4 FaceTime. Andre called in and told the group — Hannah, Chef, Dom, and Marciano — that Gabriella had played him, that she had a boyfriend the entire time they were in Italy, and that he wanted them to stir the pot. The information made its way back to Gabriella. She shrugged it off. The pot was stirred anyway.
The Hannah Connection
Meredith came in as Alyssa’s person, but she gravitated toward Hannah as the season went on — which put her squarely in the middle of the Hannah and Marciano situation, whether she wanted to be or not. She was one of the people Hannah confided in, and she largely sided with Hannah in the staff split that developed by the back half of the season. When Sher and Gabriella went after Hannah in the hot tub blowup in Episode 9, Meredith was not on that side of the room.
The Chase Hookup
In Episode 7, when the DadTok group arrived from “Secret Lives of Mormon Wives,” Meredith found herself drawn to Chase McWhorter. They hooked up, and she described it as her first experience with a dad, which she found fun. It was one of the lighter moments in an otherwise heavy episode — and a welcome redirect from the Andre conversation that had been following her around all season.
What Viewers Think
Meredith is one of those Season 3 cast members who genuinely divided the audience. Some viewers found her refreshingly unbothered. Others found her abrasive, particularly around the Andre situation and the Keviah clash.

The “Vanderpump Villa” Season 3 reunion streams April 30 on Hulu. Whether Meredith comes up in the secret recording situation remains to be seen, but given her track record this season, it would be very on-brand if she did.
“Vanderpump Villa” Season 3 is streaming now on Hulu.
