Hannah walked off set. Dom went live. Sage consulted ChatGPT. Chef got engaged. And Marciano apologized — eventually.
The “Vanderpump Villa” Season 3 reunion had no shortage of moments, and Stassi Schroeder made sure none of them got buried.
Here is everything that happened, organized by storyline.
Hannah & Marciano: The Apology That Took All Season
Stassi opened with the question everyone wanted answered — are Hannah and Marciano together? Hannah confirmed they are not, which landed with a collective “all that for nothing” energy from the cast. Marciano, characteristically, had thoughts: “None of them have anything else to say because they’re so meaningless, they only can talk about us.”
What followed was the reunion’s most emotionally significant exchange. Marciano explained that after filming, they were genuinely trying to make it work — talking about therapy, putting in real effort. Then “Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” aired. He said it was a massive trigger for Hannah, and that she could not be around him once the show came out and the Jessi situation was back in the public conversation.
He then turned to Hannah directly: “I genuinely am so sorry for what I did to you. And to see it back and see how affected you were by everything, and them not understanding why you were acting a certain way — it really affected your entire summer. I obviously wish that never happened, so I’m sorry.”
Hannah said thank you. Hagen, not missing a beat, asked if he was waiting for the cameras to apologize.
The Miscarriage
The miscarriage conversation came later. Marciano revealed that what made it even harder was a false positive they experienced about six months after the original loss. They were genuinely excited. Then a second test came back negative. “It was just a lot to deal with.” Hannah got emotional. Lisa said it takes a lot of courage to share something so personal and acknowledged she now understood the push and pull between them much more clearly.
Hannah, when asked why she loves someone who makes such bad decisions: “All bullshit aside, he’s the most caring person I’ve ever met and will always come to my defense, even when I’m wrong.” Marciano: “I will always be there for her. It doesn’t matter what it is.”
It was also confirmed that the night before filming, Hannah stayed in Marciano’s room because she was having anxiety about the reunion. Hannah clarified they did not have sex.
As for the Jessi situation — at the time of filming, Stassi asked Marciano if he had heard from Jessi. He said no. Based on everything that has happened since, that is very clearly no longer the case.
Hannah vs. Gabriella: The Ugliest Exchange of the Night
If the Marciano conversation was the reunion’s emotional center, the Hannah and Gabriella confrontation was its flashpoint.
Stassi asked Gabriella Sanon about her frustration with Hannah over the summer. Gabriella said she came in wanting to be pro-Hannah. Things escalated fast. Hannah said Gabriella had vented to her constantly about Andre during their friendship, and that she had never judged her for it. Gabriella said that was exactly her point — she was not getting involved. Hannah said Gabriella wrote her off as a friend. Gabriella said it was because of how Hannah treated her.
Then Hannah dropped it: “You called me a flat back white b—ch.”
Hagen: “And did she lie?”
What Led Hannah to Walk Off Set
It went sideways from there. Gabriella told Hannah she was a manipulative, terrible person. Hannah admitted she acted like a “feral rat” this season — drunk constantly, saying things she does not remember. Hagen pointed out this was her third reunion apologizing, and that an apology does not wipe the slate clean.
Hannah brought up losing her dog Mario. Gabriella responded: “Your dog is the reason why you’re rude? I don’t understand.”
Hannah got emotional and walked off set.
Marciano stood up immediately. “You better f—king watch it.” He pointed at Gabriella as he walked off stage after Hannah. “You’re a f—king joke.”
Hannah, backstage, called Gabriella a word that does not get printed. Marciano told her to chill. Gabriella, still on stage: “She’s just a sad, weak b—ch.”
They eventually came back out. Lisa, who had been trying to redirect the whole time, said it plainly: when Hannah loves, she loves hard, and she is in a relationship she cannot control. She also asked Charlie what he thought. Charlie said Hannah was incredible and that as the cast gave up on her, the only person she could go to was Marciano.
Hannah & Hagen: A Friendship That May Be Gone for Good
Stassi asked Hagen Bach how he felt about the bonus moment — the one where he cried after winning $50,000 — noting that he does not typically cry. He joked it was a stunt double, then admitted he was just emotional from winning and from watching everything back.
The friendship conversation was more pointed. Hagen said he was ride or die for Hannah, and the moment he stepped back was when things got ugly between them. He said their friendship broke down because there was no communication — and without that, there was nothing.
When asked directly if he could ever be friends with Hannah again: “I just don’t really want that, if I’m honest right now.”
Hannah said their lives were in different places. Hagen agreed — they don’t even live in the same area anymore. Then she apologized at the end of the reunion, got emotional, talked about him being there for her 30th birthday and for watching Mario, and said she would always love him regardless of where they stand.
Hagen: “I apologize for being a dick back when I get triggered.”
The Chef & Gabriella Bonus Dispute
Stassi shifted to the tension between Chef Anthony and Gabriella over who deserved what bonus. Chef said he believed many people deserved more recognition than Gabriella, and that she was not doing above and beyond — especially after Mike left, when he and Dom handled the kitchen alone without support.
Gabriella said he never came to her with any of those issues. Chef said they did. Lisa drew the line when Chef said he would not return if Gabriella came back: “Nobody gives me a bloody ultimatum. You push me into a corner, and you won’t like what comes out the other side. I am the bloody boss.”
Chef backed down gracefully. No bad feelings.
Chef also revealed that Lewis Herring had spoken to him in London after filming and said that Gabriella had put a lot of pressure on him. Keviah stepped in to add important context — that Lewis’s departure had multiple factors, and there was more to his leaving than Gabriella’s role alone. She said she was holding hands with Lewis the night before they left because of how stressed he was and that she would not put all his personal business out there.
Tyler, Sage, & the ChatGPT Break Up
Tyler and Sage dated long-distance for about a month after filming, got an Airbnb together in the LA area, and broke up after ten days. Sage said she didn’t feel prioritized. Tyler said she wanted a whole relationship in ten days.
Sage had receipts — she put the situation into ChatGPT, which told her to break up with him. On screen was a screenshot of the conversation flagging textbook jealousy, control, punishment, and retaliation. “None of it was about Sean. It was about Tyler feeling threatened and then trying to regain power.”
Then came the never before seen footage of Tyler in confessional — a producer asked if he gave guest Bella his number, he said no, cut directly to him following Bella inside saying “let me give you my number, though, and my IG,” then cut back to him laughing with the producer and admitting he knew they caught him lying. Tyler’s response at the reunion: “I f—ked up. Simple as that.”
Hannah also tried to interject with a rumor that Tyler and Sage broke up over tipping, which led Tyler to clarify his actual position — that a server should earn their tip, not that he does not tip. Sage said if you can’t afford to tip, you can’t afford to eat out. Lisa agreed. Meredith agreed. Keviah clapped.
Nick, Jess, & Charlie Drama Gets Messy
Nick King‘s storyline at the reunion centered on Jess and what happened after filming. Meredith dropped the bombshell before he could even answer the question — she said he was with Jess, then hooked up with someone else without showering, then hooked up with another girl. Nick asked why anyone was taking Meredith’s word. Then Charlie Tiedemann went red as a tomato when Meredith said he knew about it too.
Nick’s version: after seeing Jess, she went back to San Diego, and as a single man, he hooked up with someone in LA. He said he is a good person who likes to have fun, that he wants to change, and that if he could make it work with Jess, he would — “I think she could really be the one, to be honest. She’s really special.”
It also came out that Charlie and Jess had been messaging. Nick said he found out a couple days before filming from Jess herself, and that he had no qualms with it. He and Charlie are like brothers, he said. Then he called Charlie a pushover in the same breath, Charlie looked visibly hurt, and they somehow patched it up within two minutes.
Nick and Charlie also fought while traveling Europe together after filming — Charlie said Nick lets his impulses get the better of him and pushes the envelope. Nick said he just doesn’t like being a pushover. The conversation ended with both of them saying they are essentially fine.
Dom & Alyssa Fallout Finally Surfaces
Stassi asked Dom about having feelings for Alyssa. He admitted to having feelings in May but not now. He acknowledged doing some shitty things. Stassi said there was more — and played a secret recording Alyssa made of Dom on TikTok Live, ranting from what appeared to be his apartment.
In the recording, Dom said he was “going full out war” with “fake-ass motherf—kers,” called Alyssa out for hyping up people who talked about her to her face, and said Hannah and Marciano were ride or die. He ended with “Alyssa, I love you. I don’t want any drama.”
Dom’s explanation at the reunion: he was upset because he didn’t feel like he had a friend in Alyssa during filming. He said they were not friends and he hoped she took care of herself. Hagen’s prediction: “We’ll see him on TikTok Live in one week talking about her.”
Also revealed at the reunion: Alyssa hooked up with a “Vanderpump Rules” cast member — specifically Chris — at the Wolf opening. And Dom admitted that Hannah and Marciano apparently had some kind of hookup situation at that same event.
The Ending
Hannah’s apology to Hagen closed the reunion. She got emotional talking about him being there for her 30th birthday and watching Mario. He apologized for being a dick when he gets triggered. It was not a reconciliation so much as an acknowledgment — two people who loved each other at some point, in different places now, closing a chapter that has been open all season.
Stassi ended by teasing her new show, “House of Stassi,” coming to Hulu — where Georgie and Georgia move in under her roof and her rules. For more on that, the full breakdown and trailer is here.
