Where Are ‘Temptation Island’ Season 1 Cast Now (Season 9 Update)

“Temptation Island” Season 9 premiered on Netflix on March 12, 2025, and dropped all ten episodes simultaneously — making it one of the more bingeable and immediately dissected seasons in the franchise’s history. A year later, the cast is scattered across wedding venues, dating villas, fitness accounts, and at least one very interesting comment section. Here is where everyone landed.

“Temptation Island” Season 1 on Netflix is actually the show’s ninth overall season. Here’s where the cast is now.

Lino Troisi & Alexa Santamaria: The Only Ones Who Made It — and Then Some

Lino and Alexa were the season’s outliers from the beginning. They were the only couple that stayed completely loyal to each other throughout the experiment. At the final bonfire, Lino proposed to Alexa, she said yes, and they left the island engaged.

They have since made good on every promise they made on that beach. Alexa’s Instagram — where she describes herself as “travel couple | nurse | bride to be” — tells the story in real time.

They got engaged formally in March 2025, with Alexa captioning the post: “From gym crushes to inseparable lovers… We can finally say WE ARE ENGAGED!!” The post hit 59,400 likes. The couple confirmed they are planning to tie the knot in Italy in fall 2026, and after years of moving around for Alexa’s nursing career, they plan to settle in Florida near family.

Alexa picked up her wedding dresses just yesterday and posted about it — Natalie Cruz commented “AWWWW” and Lino promised he would not sneak a look.

Tyler Breshears & Tayler Byrd: The Messiest Ending With the Most Surprising Aftermath

Tyler arrived with his girlfriend Tayler Byrd — a relationship that began when Tyler was still married to someone else. Once they were separated on the island, Tyler fell for tempter Kay Carlson almost immediately, having deep conversations, a PG sleepover, and eventually a first kiss in the Temptation Haven tent. At the final bonfire, Tyler said he chose to leave the island with Kay because they had formed such a strong bond. Tayler left alone.

About a week after returning to Nashville, Tyler ran into Tayler at the gym, leading to an hours-long conversation. There was talk of possibly getting back together. Then, two months later, Tyler started dating someone else entirely — someone not from the show. Tayler found out. She blocked him, and they have not spoken since.

The woman Tyler started dating was Lauren Bennett — a Nashville-based fitness trainer and content creator with 275,000 Instagram followers. Tyler proposed in September 2025. They married on March 28, 2026. The wedding post — “Mr. & Mrs. Breshears 3.28.26” — hit 26,800 likes. Grant Larsen, Tyler’s fellow cast member, commented “WHAT!!! Congrats brother.”

The comment section had questions. “Damn where’s Kay at?” hit 124 likes. “Bruh from tay to Kay to married to a whole new girl in what 4 months 😂” hit 120 likes. Tyler and Lauren have since signed their first lease as husband and wife and are, by Lauren’s own account, about to show the internet something it does not yet know is coming.

Tayler Byrd, meanwhile, has moved on with quiet dignity. Her Nashville roots, SOAR Wellness brand, and NASM certification are all still very much intact.

Kay Carlson: Single, Thriving, and Possibly Heading to Another Netflix Show

Kay left the island with Tyler. They didn’t last. Kay said after their final overnight date it was clear they wouldn’t date — she wanted Tyler to experience single life rather than jump straight into another relationship, and she was not convinced their connection would have developed the same way off the island.

She has been living her life loudly ever since. Her birthday party in February drew comments from Nick Pellecchia, Natalie Cruz, and Hashim Moore. She posted a throwback with Natalie from the island captioned “swipe to see where it all started.” Natalie commented on Kay’s recent gym selfie with “I miss my big spoon” — a comment that hasn’t gone unnoticed by the internet.

Ally Lewber — confirmed “Perfect Match” Season 4 cast member — follows Kay. So does much of the “Perfect Match” Season 4 cast. Whether Kay is heading to another Netflix show or simply maintaining the friendships she built through the “Temptation Island” universe is the question the follower lists are currently raising without answering.

Netflix has not confirmed Kay’s involvement in “Perfect Match.”

Ashley Moore & Danny Spoonberg: They Gave It a Shot

Grant cheated on Ashley with Natalie Cruz — the first person on the season to give into temptation. After that, Ashley formed a connection with tempter Danny Spongberg. At the final bonfire, she called Grant a serial cheater. They broke up. Grant left the island alone. Ashley left with Danny.

About a week after filming, Grant called Natalie and pursued something with her. That also ended — Natalie confirmed their relationship was over after Grant cheated on her as well, this time with Ashley. Natalie’s response was memorably unbothered: “I haven’t even shed a tear over this.” She is now a confirmed cast member on “Perfect Match” Season 4.

Danny and Ashley broke up after their post-show relationship ran its course. Danny is also heading into “Perfect Match” Season 4. Ashley Moore — who has nearly the entire “Perfect Match” Season 4 cast following her on Instagram — may be heading there too, though Netflix has not confirmed anything. Her follower list tells a story that is very difficult to explain otherwise. Full breakdown here.

She and Logan Paulsen still seem to be close, as seen in the video above.

Grant Larsen: A Wedding Guest, Moving Forward

Grant left the island alone, pursued Natalie, got cheated on, and has since largely stayed quiet. His comment on Tyler’s wedding post — “WHAT!!! Congrats brother” — confirms he and Tyler have remained friends. Beyond that, he appears to be building his beachwear brand and keeping his head down.

One interesting footnote: both Grant and Ashley Moore appeared on a MrBeast Wilderness competition show after “Temptation Island” — meaning the two people at the center of the season’s most explosive cheating storyline ended up on the same show again, this time for a $250,000 prize.

Ashley’s caption on her post about it was characteristically self-aware: “What’s your worst nightmare… I’ll go first. Hint: it’s not the wilderness, the girls, or @mrbeast.” She described it as rough but said she was grateful for the opportunity. Whatever the aftermath of
“Temptation Island” looked like for them privately, they apparently managed to be in the same production without incident. That’s either growth or very good editing.

Shanté Glover: Single, Thriving

Shanté left the island with Brion after he apologized extensively for a threesome with two other women in the villa — a decision she described as not an emotional thing, just physical, which she said she could separate. On April 7, 2025, she announced via Instagram that she and Brion had chosen to end their relationship, writing: “After much thought and reflection, Brion and I have decided to part ways for now. There is no bad blood — just two people recognizing that we need time and space to process this journey.”

Since the breakup, Shanté has been building her platform steadily — 74,900 Instagram followers, Pilates instruction, lifestyle content, and an ATL influencer presence that existed before the show and has grown since. She has @netflix in her bio and has stayed connected to the cast through social media. She is, by every visible measure, doing just fine.

Hashim Moore, Yamen Sanders, Danny Spongberg, and Natalie Cruz: The Tempters Are Back

All four of the season’s most prominent tempters are heading into “Perfect Match” Season 4 together, which makes “Temptation Island” Season 9 one of the most well-represented shows in that cast.

Hashim, Yamen, Danny, and Natalie all know each other. Hashim specifically named Yamen and Natalie in his Netflix Tudum bio as people he was excited to see in the villa. The pre-existing dynamics between all four of them — and the added layer of Ashley Moore potentially entering mid-season — make the “Temptation Island” contingent one of the more loaded groups heading into May 13.

“Perfect Match” Season 4 premieres May 13 on Netflix
