Yamen Sanders is an LA and London-based model, content creator, and reality TV veteran with 339,000 Instagram followers and a resume that spans three separate reality dating shows across several years. Netflix‘s own Tudum describes him as someone who speaks fluent Italian flirtation and is ready to live la dolce vita in the “Perfect Match” villa.

He describes his ideal match as someone “confident and feminine” who appreciates his “outgoing, blunt, and mature” energy. His ultimate ick is bad breath, which he has said publicly without embarrassment.

He also runs a creator program called The Creator Cheat Code alongside his content work, giving him a professional lane outside of reality TV that has kept him busy between appearances.

‘Love Island USA’ Season 1

Yamen’s reality TV debut came on Season 1 of “Love Island USA,” which aired in 2019.

He entered the villa on day one and was eliminated on day 22, finishing without a match. It was an early exit, but a memorable one.

He left with enough of a following to keep building his platform and, eventually, return to television for another shot.

Several years after “Love Island,” Yamen returned to reality TV as a tempter on “Temptation Island” Season 9 on Netflix.

This is where his connection to several of his “Perfect Match” Season 4 castmates was established. Danny Spongberg, Hashim Moore, and Natalie Cruz were all on the same season. Hashim confirmed in his own Netflix Tudum bio that he is specifically excited to see his “Temptation Island brother Yamen and lil sis Natalie” in the villa, which tells you exactly what kind of bond they have going in.

As a tempter, Yamen’s role was to spend time with the women whose relationships were being tested — a reality TV experience that requires charm, patience, and the ability to read a room. He did not leave the season with a partner, but he left with relationships that clearly stuck.

‘Love Island: All Stars’ Season 3

Most recently, Yamen appeared on “Love Island: All Stars” Season 3, entering Villa USA on day 14 and finishing in fifth place alongside Whitney Adebayo on day 34.

The “All Stars” format brings back fan favorites from previous seasons for another shot at love, which means Yamen was specifically invited back because viewers remembered him and wanted to see more. Fifth place is a solid finish in a competition full of returning fan favorites.

Wait — Is He Single?

That is a fair question, and Instagram isn’t making it easier to answer. Four days ago, Whitney Adebayo posted a beach photo with Yamen captioned “still here 💚” — a post that hit 100,000 likes. Yamen jumped into the comments with “Just know we love all yall ❤️🤟🏾” at 1,112 likes.

The top fan comment, with 1,046 likes, reads: “hope yamen doesn’t break up with her.” The comment sparked replies, but neither has addressed it.

Neither has confirmed a breakup. Neither has confirmed they are still together. What they have confirmed is this: four days before this article was written, they were posting beach photos together and responding to each other in comment sections.

“Perfect Match” filmed in late 2025 — well before any of these recent posts. Since then, Yamen appeared on “Love Island: All Stars” Season 3, where he finished in fifth place alongside Whitney.

Since leaving that show, the two have continued posting together — including multiple beach photos and kissing videos from Jamaica — suggesting whatever started there did not stay on camera.

At the same time, Netflix’s Tudum bio for Yamen describes him as having “a certain situationship in the rearview,” which raises a question: is that referring to something from “Perfect Match,” or something more recent?

Nothing has been confirmed either way. But the timeline suggests that whatever happens on “Perfect Match” may not be the final chapter.

The Pre-existing Connections

Yamen walks into “Perfect Match” Season 4 with more established relationships in that villa than anyone except possibly the “Too Hot to Handle” trio. He knows Hashim Moore and Natalie Cruz from “Temptation Island” Season 9.

Hashim is openly excited about it. Whether those bonds become a strategic advantage or a liability in a competition built around romantic compatibility is the central question of his Season 4 arc. Alliances are useful. They are also complicated when the show is specifically designed to test whether you can find something real rather than just something familiar.
