Perfect Match Season 4

‘Perfect Match’ Season 4 Is Coming — and Bravo Just Entered the Building

Netflix’s “Perfect Match” is back for Season 4, and this season is already generating more pre-premiere buzz than any previous season — because, for the first time in the show’s history, the Bravosphere has officially arrived. Here’s everything you need to know before it premieres.

What Is ‘Perfect Match’?

If you’re new to the show, here’s the quick version: “Perfect Match” brings together fan-favorite singles from across the Netflix reality universe — and increasingly beyond it — and drops them into a tropical villa where romance and strategy collide. Singles pair up and compete in compatibility challenges to test their connections.

The winning couple heads to the boardroom, where they get to play matchmaker, breaking up other couples and inviting new singles into the house for dates. When the daters return to the villa, everyone re-matches, and anyone left without a partner goes home. The last couple standing is crowned the Perfect Match.

Nick Lachey hosts, which means at least one person in that villa understands what it feels like to have your relationship play out on national television.

What’s New in Season 4?

Season 4 introduces a twist that changes the game. More singles will be able to enter the house and stay longer than in previous seasons, giving late arrivals a real shot at finding a match rather than just being used as a weapon by the couples already in power. The specifics of exactly how this works haven’t been revealed ahead of the premiere, but it signals a season built for more chaos and more second chances than what viewers have seen before.

Season 4 also notably does not bring back any cast members from the first three seasons — a first for the show, which has historically recycled familiar faces. This is a completely fresh group, which either means the producers are confident in the new cast or they’re saving the returning favorites for a future all-stars season. Possibly both.

The Bravo Moment

Let’s talk about the headline casting decision. Ally Lewber — “Vanderpump Rules” alum and ex-girlfriend of James Kennedy — is the first Bravo star to ever enter the “Perfect Match” villa. Last season was the first time the show reached outside Netflix by casting Bachelor Nation contestants. Ally’s casting takes that expansion directly into Bravo territory, which is a significant move for a show built around the Netflix Reality Universe.

Ally and James ended their relationship in early 2025, and she has been largely out of the VPR spotlight since. Walking into a villa full of strangers from shows she has never appeared on is a very specific kind of fresh start, and it is going to be very interesting to watch how a Bravolebrity navigates the Netflix dating show world.

The Trailer Is Here

Netflix dropped the Season 4 trailer on April 29, and it confirmed several things at once. Ally Lewber opens it by announcing she is here for marriage, babies, and five poodles — in that order. Nick Lachey promises the format is changing, addressing fan complaints that some cast members got lost in the shuffle under the old boardroom system.

The most talked-about moment is DeMari Davis watching Brianna Balram walk through the door and saying “That’s my ex. What is happening?” Early pairings teased include Ally with Jimmy Presnell, Natalie Cruz with Yamen Sanders, and Nick Pellecchia with Alison Ogden. The full trailer breakdown is here.
