Updated May 22, 2026 to reflect new episode coverage.
Seven episodes into “Perfect Match” Season 4 and the villa looks completely different than it did a week ago. Jimmy Presnell is gone. Demari and Marissa are barely holding on. Kayla Richart and Weston Richey matched out of nowhere. And Ally Lewber is now with Hashim Moore.
Here is where every couple stands after Episodes 6 and 7.
1. Jimmy Sotos & Alison Ogden
On a show built on chaos, Jimmy Sotos and Alison Ogden have been quietly, consistently the most solid couple in the villa. He matched with her at the end of Episode 2 and never wavered in any way that mattered. When Katherine LaPrell arrived in Episode 4 with undeniable chemistry and every sign pointing her way, Jimmy still chose Alison. He told her she balanced him out, that she complemented him in the ways he needed, and that she felt like home. She told the cameras she might just f—k around and make him her boyfriend.
The post-filming evidence is the strongest of any couple this season. They have a joint Instagram post, a carousel of BTS photos from their first night tagged in Puerto Escondido, and a comment exchange where Jimmy called the last slide — a current photo of Alison outside the villa — the best slide. She replied with a winking emoji.
On her own reel, she used the voiceover “I’m just a simple girl with simple taste” with Jimmy’s name on screen. He commented one word: “Home.” She replied: “sweet home.”
He used that word to choose her on national television. He is still using it now. With the finale approaching, they look like the couple most likely to walk out together.
2. Yamen Sanders & Natalie Cruz
Yamen and Natalie are the most drama-free couple in the villa, which on this show is a genuine accomplishment. They came in with a pre-existing friendship, matched cleanly in Episode 2 after Natalie made a clear-eyed choice between Nick Pellecchia and Yamen, and have been building quietly ever since. Natalie said in confessional that Yamen was standing in front of her the whole time — and she meant it.
Their compatibility challenge scores were consistently strong, and neither of them has given the other a reason to look elsewhere inside the villa.
The asterisk — and it is worth noting — is that Yamen’s post-filming relationship with his Love Island: All Stars match is publicly known. Inside the show, they look solid. Outside of it, the picture is more complicated.
Also worth nothing, there is speculation that Nick Pellecchia and Natalie may be together post-show, as EGO previously reported.
Update: In Episode 7, they matched again — Yamen telling Natalie she amplifies his experience tenfold and that he wants to continue getting to know her inside and outside the house. The asterisk about his post-filming relationship remains, but inside the villa they are the most uncomplicated couple left standing.
3. Dave Hand & Sophie Willett
Dave and Sophie are the newest couple in the house and the least tested. Dave came in wanting to match with Ally. Sophie came in wondering if Dave had enough substance. They landed on each other at the end of Episode 5 through a combination of chemistry and process of elimination — he told her she was the personality he had been looking for, she said he made her feel like a little girl in the best way.
They are sweet together and their date was genuinely fun. But they are entering Episode 6 with less than 24 hours of couple history, a kissing challenge in the preview, and Dave apparently in a three-way kiss with Katherine and Kassy before the episode is over. They have not been tested yet. They are about to find out what they are made of.
Update: Dave and Sophie entered Episodes 6 and 7 as the newest and least tested couple in the house. They came out the other side looking like one of the most solid. Dave kissed Bri Balram and had a three-way kiss with Katherine and Kassy at the boys mixer — told Sophie about it, said Bri was boring and none of it meant anything, and that he had been looking forward to seeing her the whole time. Sophie went and had an intense kiss with Chris Dahlan at the girls mixer and came back saying none of the other men made her feel the way Dave did.
His confessional in Episode 7 said she was the perfect match — that she made him feel like he was enough but also made him want to be better. She told the cameras she had never been fully herself with someone before but felt safe and supported with Dave. They matched. The finale preview has Dave telling Sophie on beach chairs that he is scared too — which means they are having a real conversation about what comes next, not just coasting.
They went from the least tested couple to one of the most convincing.
4. Kayla Richart & Weston Richey — New Addition
Kayla Richart and Weston Richey were not a couple heading into Episode 6. By the end of Episode 7, they had matched, and somehow it felt completely natural.
Kayla came back into the house with her eye on Demari — they had an undeniable vibe, a great boat date, and he told her it had crossed his mind to switch. Then he got pulled into two hours of arguments with Marissa and never came back to Kayla. She closed the door on him entirely, telling him she was not dealing with being a second thought.
Weston stepped in. He told her she looked like a yummy blueberry. He asked her to feel his shirt and told her it was boyfriend material. She told him his pupils were dilated. They matched, and the flirty energy between them made it feel less like a consolation prize and more like something neither of them saw coming that turned out to be exactly right.
The finale preview shows Kayla on the daybed saying her head is in a lot of different places. Whether Weston is enough to hold her attention heading into the finale remains to be seen.
5. Ally Lewber & Jimmy Presnell — Status: Complicated
Update: Jimmy Presnell walked out of the villa at the end of Episode 7 on his own terms — told Ally he wasn’t going to stand there and compete for someone who wasn’t choosing him, hugged her, said best of luck, and left. His exit confessional said he felt a little betrayed and that moving forward, when it comes to love, he wants to be wanted.
Ally matched with Hashim Moore. Her confessional said her heart wanted Jimmy but her head said Hashim was showing up for her in the way she needed. She also said “poor Jimmy” while in bed with Hashim, which tells you everything about where her head actually was.
And yet the finale preview is not letting this story close cleanly. Hashim tells the group he and Ally were intimate. Jimmy responds that she told him they just kissed. Kassy asks if there was more. Nick Lachey appears to ask Ally if she wants to take a seat somewhere else — and she nods yes.
They have the joint Instagram posts, the “still planning” wedding comment reply, and a connection that neither of them has fully let go of. Whether that means anything heading into the finale is the season’s biggest open question.
A Note on Demari & Marissa
Demari Davis and Marissa George were third on this list a week ago. They are not on it now. Two arguments about interrupting, a date where Demari told Kayla it had crossed his mind to switch, and a night that ended with Marissa sitting on the sofa saying “I’ll just leave tomorrow” while Demari said nothing effectively ended what the first five episodes had built. They matched that night. It didn’t look like a couple. The finale preview shows Demari and Bri at a bar, her telling him to make it count. There are no joint social media posts between Demari and Marissa.
Perfect Match Season 4 Episodes 1-7 are streaming now on Netflix. The finale drops May 27.
